We only use electronic lockboxes - Because of their cost, many agents use manual lockboxes that can’t track who has accessed your home.
Agent Feedback - Every agent who shows your home through the lockbox is sent a feedback request to determine their buyer’s interest and any concerns there may be with the listing (condition, price, floor plan, etc.) Our sellers LOVE this feature and trust the information they’re receiving, rather than taking our word for it.
Weekly virtual tour reports - Every Sunday, our sellers receive a report that shows not only how many people viewed their virtual tour, but from which website and which pictures were the most popular.
Our signs - We create a custom, one-of-a-kind sign and your home is assigned a unique extension to our 800#. This allows the potential buyer to listen to a full description of the home, 24 hours a day, without speaking to a salesperson. This is much better than flyers, which fly away, are not “green” and have no emotion. Our signs show pictures of your home and describe all the best features. We build a custom website with a custom domain name to make it easy to remember. In addition, our telephone technology captures every phone number, so that we can call the person while they’re STILL AT THE HOUSE! We also use Microsoft TAG technology, which allows anyone with a smartphone (iPhone, BlackBerry, Android, etc.) to download an app and instantly see the virtual tour of the home (while in front of the house.) We also have all the home’s information on our website, which is also detailed on the signage as well.
Weekly newsletter -We write one of the only custom weekly real estate newsletters that goes to over 1,200 readers each week and our listings are featured each week on our website and the two technologies are connected.
Listing syndication - Our listings are seen everywhere, including but not limited to: Realtor.com, Trulia.com, Zillow.com, YouTube.com, Google.com, Yahoo.com, Vast.com, HomeDebut.com, Move.com, Homes.com, HotPads.com, Oodle.com, Dash.com, ReMax.com, ColdwellBanker.com, Century21.com, RealtyExecutives.com, Prudential.com, LasVegasRealtor.com, Immobel.com, ListHub.com and every other real estate website available.
We price your home right! - Overpricing your home “as a cushion” for negotiations won’t get your home sold. The market determines the price and we’re quite analytical at researching the best suggested list price. The competition is huge and we’ll show you how little difference there can be between a bank-owned, short sale or fair market home.
We communicate – we work 7 days a week and we’re always available to you. There’s nothing worse than trying to track down your agent when you really need them (or there’s an offer waiting to be responded to.)
We’re experienced – From entry-level condos to multi-million dollar mansions, we’ve sold them all. We face the challenges of lending, appraisal and title issues head-on, so that a potential sale is not derailed.
We’re not discount - “You get what you pay for.” In fact, you get more than what you pay for! First, we never charge a transaction fee to either sellers or buyers.
