The Karten Group (TKG) throws a housewarming party for every owner-occupied buyer we represent. We supply the best food, drinks and dessert from Capriotti’s for 30 people. You can contribute 30 gifts to be distributed to each guest or you can donate a gift certificate or gift card to be given away during the party.
There is no cost to participate in the program other than the gift(s) you donate. You benefit by showing your generosity and the hyper-local marketing gives you the exposure you need to grow and help your business thrive.
