Relay is used to store all documentation throughout the transaction and give access to you, removing the need to email large documents and allowing 24/7 access. TIM is our contact management system that handles all incoming client requests and is available remotely from any internet-based source. Short Sale Commander is our real-time system so that all parties in the short sale can know exactly what’s going on throughout the transaction.
