Location, location, location – our office is centrally located at the 215 and Windmill (Silverado Ranch area).  It’s an ultra-modern, state-of-the-art office and is perfect to meet your clients and always available.  Multiple conference rooms, full kitchen, in-house movie theater, computer work areas – everything you need to do business professionally.

Weekly training – real estate changes on a daily basis and you need to know what’s going on, so that you represent yourself and your clients to your best ability.  We keep you up-to-date on every facet of the business in a fun and entertaining format at our weekly meetings.  Weekly guests from different aspects of the real estate, lending and insurance industries share the newest changes with us as well.

Knowledge – With volume comes experience.  We teach you the intricacies of the industry and you’ll learn new things no matter how long you’ve been in the business.  Short sales are a crucial part of helping homeowners in distress.  We do not believe in 3rd party negotiators.  Mark Karten personally negotiates every short sale to ensure that clients have the best representation during this important financial transaction.  We have an excellent track record of successful closings based on our system of interviewing homeowners to help them understand the process, the options and possible alternatives.  Short sales aren’t the answer for everyone.

Technology – we utilize four systems to facilitate an efficient organization.  DocuSign is used to execute all initial offers and, in most cases, the entire transaction.  This benefits both the client and agent by removing the need to fax and sign documents, while protecting all parties throughout the transaction.  Relay is used to store all documentation throughout the transaction and give access to you, removing the need to email large documents and allowing 24/7 access.  TIM is our contact management system that handles all incoming client requests and is available remotely from any internet-based source.  Short Sale Commander is our real-time system so that all parties in the short sale can know exactly what’s going on throughout the transaction.

Income potential – our splits are the best offered anywhere.  We also offer an exclusive monthly bonus system, where you can earn up to $1,000 a month in addition to your earnings.  It’s unheard of and you deserve the opportunity to participate.
